Kickboxing Program

Our kickboxing program is an exciting, high-intensity experience that combines elements of Boxing, Karate, and Aerobics that will deliver the ultimate workout.  The first 10 minutes of class consist of a combination of stretching, push-ups, abdominal exercises, light jogging, pull-ups, and footwork drills to get your body warmed up for the fast paced bag work to follow. 

The next 45 minutes involve striking skills with both a heavy bag and focus mitts, including realistic kickboxing combinations that will work both your upper and lower body.  The last 5 minutes of class is devoted to cooling down with light exercises to strengthen and stretch your muscles. 

For the intermediate and advanced ranks a 20 to 30 minute free sparring session will follow. This class will give you an amazing total body workout in addition to increasing your speed, power, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
